DPD Guaranteed Next Day	£5.99 per order	Orders placed before 4.00 pm can choose DPD Guaranteed Next Day Delivery. You are guaranteed next working day delivery in mainland UK only, within a one-hour time slot that will be sent to you by either email or SMS. This applies seven days a week excluding Bank Holidays.
Click & Collect	Free on all orders	Our Click & Collect service allows you to order products online and pick your delivery up at our Charing Cross branch. The great thing about this service is that it eliminates the worry of missing your parcel. Simply choose the Click & Collect delivery option when checking out and it will arrive within Standard Delivery time (2 working days). A member of staff will notify you when your order has arrived, so please provide a valid and working telephone number.
International delivery	Starting from £9.95	Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail International signed for service. Europe: 3-5 working days Rest of World: 5-7 working days

Please note that if you live in the Highlands area delivery may take longer than specified. Orders outside of mainland UK are unlikely to arrive next working day. Please allow 2-5 days, depending on the destination. In case of adverse weather please check the Royal Mail websites for possible delays.

International Orders European orders usually arrive within 3 to 5 working days, Rest of the World 5 to 7 working days.

If you place an order for International delivery, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination and which you will be responsible for paying. Please be aware that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.
